Oh, the things we can do with a hammer and a sewing machine!

First, the leaves were pounded to get the color onto the fabric, and then we needed to sew a rod pocket in the background to be able to hang the banners.  For many, this was the first time seeing a sewing machine and they loved using it.  They began noticing all of the stitching on their clothing....oooo, so that's how it all stays together!!
