Every day get your children around water.  Phone a friend, grab some goodies, and then go!  Whether it be to the ocean beach, a lake, The Cove, Hampstead Hill, or just splashing in the stream in Mc Lean's off Bushy Hill Road...children + water + summertime = nothing but smiles!!
